...we did a few things.
A trip to the Texas beach in Matagorda County. We stayed with my parents in a beach house and just soaked up the sun, sand, and surf. We already knew Parker loves the beach, but I wasn't sure how Katherine was going to do. I wasn't quite ready for her reaction. Sure she loved (to eat) the sand, but she was fearless when it came to the water. She crawled and full speed, head down, yelling with delight, directly into the waves. I'd let her go until just before she would get hit by the wave, then let her go again. Such fun.
It was also WINDY, very windy. My poor hat just couldn't take it.
